Plankton Wat. The Healing Earth (self released, 2019)

The Healing Earth was recorded during a snowstorm in Portland Oregon February 24th and 25th 2019. All music was improvised and recorded spontaneously using a Tascam 424 mkII cassette 4 track. The concept was to create original music in a subconscious matter, without planning or rehearsal, using limited tools - synthesizer, guitar, and bass. No computers, amps, or loopers were used. 

As the recordings progressed the music took on a spiritual nature, reflecting the silent landscape, the dead of winter, and the possibility of transformation and renewal. The album is designed as a meditation on things forgotten, and discovering a new path forward. Dewey Mahood
